(6) 8 oz. packs of Peppermint Crunch
MAKES NINE POUNDS OF PEPPERMINT BARK CANDY
RECIPES: Peppermint Bark Chocolate Candy
Melt 16 ounces of white chocolate or Dark semi sweet chocolate
in microwave at 30-second intervals stirring in between.
Add 8 ounces of peppermint crunch candy. Spread onto a large
piece of wax paper and let harden. Break apart and enjoy!
OR
For a great peppermint bark spread a thin layer of dark chocolate
onto wax paper and let cool. Then spread a layer of white chocolate
on top of the dark chocolate layer, while still wet add peppermint
candy crunch to the top of the white chocolate and press down to
make sure it stays firm in the white chocolate.
Let cool and break into pieces.
