PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES Ingredients: 2 cups Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky style 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbs. melted butter or margarine divided 2 3/4 cups Confectioner's sugar (10x) 12 oz. Meckens semi-sweet chocolate wafers Directions: Stir together Peanut Butter, 1/2 cup of melted butter & Confectioner's sugar. Press mixture into bottom of 9" square pan. Melt chocolate wafers. Stir together with remaining Tb of melted butter. Spread on top. Set in Refrigerator 10 min. to set chocolate. Store at room temperature.  Cut into small squares. ENJOY!!!!
